Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Customers have the freedom to upgrade or downgrade their plan at anytime. All you need to do is send your request to support@homejoy.ph

When do I need to pay?

When you first sign up for HomeJoy, you’ll pay in advance for at least one (1) year. Renewal payments will be due when your subscription term ends.

Can I see a live demo or speak to a representative?

Do I still need 3rd party website hosting?

No. All HomeJoy plans include our fully-managed cloud hosting and security services. This way, you can do what you do best and while we ensure that your HomeJoy portals remain available and secure at all times.

Does HomeJoy offer any discounts?

Yes. We provide a 20% discount to SHDA members.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept bank deposits, wire transfers, and a large number of credit or debit cards, including: Visa and MasterCard. Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are also supported.
